Song of Songs 2: (selected verses)

15 Catch the foxes for us, the little foxes that spoil the vineyards, for our vineyards are in blossom

In the Old Testament, the Hebrew word for fox means burrower.
In the New Testament, the Greek word for fox means cunning.

Little foxes, not big foxes spoil the vines.

In any relationship, dating or married, the “little foxes” are the danger.

John 8:36

Ecclesiastes 10:1

Strongholds:

ANGER (dishonoring God’s love and forgiveness)

PRIDE (dishonoring His grace)

SELF (dishonoring His Lordship)

NO FEAR OF GOD (dishonoring His holiness)

CONTROL (dishonoring His sovereignty)

LUST (dishonoring His righteousness)

LYING (dishonoring His truth)

UNBELIEF (dishonoring His Word)

The “little foxes” merely prepare the way for the final wound.

*Forgive and move on.
