If you feel led to volunteer for any of these options, please fill out the application form at the bottom of the page. Background checks, along with a consideration of spiritual gifting, are a vital part of the servant process. We look forward to serving with you. Please remember, the first step is prayer.

Life Groups
Life Groups exist to provide encouragement to members, to develop and strengthen friendships while members learn to grow in their walk with Christ. Use your gift of teaching to help others grow. A separate application and a complete background check is required before serving in Life Groups.
Preschool
Help us create unforgettable Bible learning experiences for children from birth through 4 years old.
Elementary
Make and investment in our children today and help them learn about God's unending love in fun and creative ways.
Kids praise Too
Lead young elementary-age children in meaningful worship experiences through praise and worship and Bible-based activity teaching. Serve during the Saturday night service or either Sunday morning service. Monthly or weekly volunteers needed.
Middle School
We are on a journey with students, helping them know and live out the story of God in some of the most difficult events and pivotal years of their lives. Serve by building relationships and experiencing life with them.
High School
We are challenging high school students to connect with Jesus and one another through creative biblical teaching that are relevant to their lives.
Adults
Teaching the Word of God allows our adults to grow in their faith and walk with the Lord. This investment not only grows the adult but it also helps to grow the families.
Life Group Booth
Help guests and members find a life group that they feel a part of.
Worship Ministry
The purpose of the Valley View Worship Experience is to provide an atmosphere of worship, in excellence and anointing, that helps people come into the manifest presence of God. To fulfill that purpose, we need people with a passion for music (both vocal and band), technology and sound.
Adult Worship Choir
Open to all ages, 11th grade and up. No audition required.
Worship Bands
These positions are by auditiona nd as needed for Wednesday night, Saturday night and Sunday morning worship services.
Worship Tech
Lights, multimedia and sound. Experience is not necessary for these positions but a great attitude, aptitude and the ability to learn are required.

Food Service
The Food Service ministry exists to provide opportunities to connect people to Jesus and one another through meals.
Wednesday Night Supper Team
Put your love for food to good service. Work with a team to put together the meal, serve, and/or clean-up.
Guest Services
The Guest Services Ministry wants to ensure that our guests and members feel welcome, valued, and at home when they attend Valley View. We want them to encounter Christ through our warm, welcome, cheerful smiles and sincere servants' hearts.
Greeters
Welcome our guests and members and help guests find their way around our facility.
Ushers
Greet guests and members, provide bulletins, assist with seating and help with offering.
Information Booth
Provide general information to guests and members.
Bulletin Assembly
Collate weekend service bulletins (Friday afternoon).
Office Volunteer
Volunteer to help with periodic mailouts or other administrative tasks as needed (during office hours).
Security
Provide safety for all guests, including children (training and background check required).
Medical Response
Respond to on-campus medical emergencies (training and CPR certification provided).
Service Opportunity Booth
Help members find a place they can use their gifts.
Media Center
Join our team to check resources in and out.
Baptismal Team
Help new believers on their special day. Help them feel welcome and comfortable with the process of baptism.
Altar Counselor
Help our guests with their decision to accept Christ and / or join our church. You may also pray with others at the altar as the Lord leads you.
CD Ministry
Join our team to make duplications of the pastor's message and help sell them following the weekend and Wednesday messages.
Facilities
Join our team by helping to care for every inch of property on the Valley View campus.
Building maintenance
Build, paint and repair around the church facility to keep the building looking great. Put your skills as a handyman / handywoman to good use to help maintain the chrch facilities.
Landscape maintenance
Kep the islands, flower beds and lawns looking great. Use your love for the outdoors and landscaping to keep the church looking great.
Landscaping Days
May and October. Further information will be offered closer to the date.
Snow Removal
The team we hope we never need. We need people to be ready during the winter months for Wednesday and Saturday nights and Sunday mornings. This job involves salting and scraping sidewalks and entrances.
Holdiay Decorations
Do you love the Holidays? Come help hang decorations to kick off the holiday season.
Sports Ministry
The Valley View Sports Ministry exists to connect people to Jesus and one another through sports. Our goal is to reach out and establish meaningful relationships in a casual setting. Use your gifts of evangelism, encouragement, leadership, administration, shepherding and service to help us accomplish our mission.
Activity Center Supervisor
A fun position where you have the chance to greet sport participants and monitor the center.
Youth Sports Coach
This is a great position for those who love children and have a passion for sports. Watch the bulletin for league dates and contact DeWayne Drake. A complete background check is required before serving with children.
Youth Devotional Leader
